Michael Kourogiorgas (CEO). Michael’s enterprise as it is today, is much more than a commercial activity. It is a way of living with a history of three generations. Born and bred in his father’s and grandfather’s family run business of olive oil trading, he has acquired unparalleled experience in finding the very best olive oils of the Peloponnese. He has a modern unit where he collects, stores, standardizes, distributes and exports olive oil. Michael focuses on small-scale cultivators as well as organic cultivators of Peloponnese, mainly from the Prefecture of Lakonia, around Sparta. He supplies delicatessen and gourmet shops, food businesses and supermarkets, in Greece and abroad. He has multiannual exporting experience mainly to Europe and is already expanding to the rest of the world.
Basil Nicholas Tsitsikronis (Sales and Exports manager. Quality control manager). He was born and raised in South Africa and he studied Medicine at the University of Patras. He has practiced Medical Nutrition for more than 24 years. He has taken a private Chef’s course. He has also been an entrepreneur in nutrition businesses and a restauranteur. He is a restaurant business consultant, restaurant business set-up consultant, restaurant menu set-up consultant, restaurant menu revitalizing consultant and a restaurant critic.
