We wash and dry well 3 small lemons. We stick 3 cloves on each lemon. We place the lemons in a
glass jar and we add 1 litre of olive oil. We seal the jar and store it in a cool dry place. It is ready for consumption after a few days. Another way of preparing lemon infused olive oil is by using just the lemon peel.
